In addition to the two Bolton teams, 78 other teams played in Pojkar 2005. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof IK Bolton could be found in Group 4 together with Ronneby HK 2, Uppsala HK 4, VästeråsIrsta HF, H43 Lund HF 1, Ystads IF HF 3, Alingsås HK 1, HF Limhamn Svart, Halmstad Handboll 2 and Kävlinge HK 3.

IK Bolton continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 9:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Ystads IF HF 5 with 6-11. In the Final, Kävlinge HK 1 won over Ystads IF HF 5 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Pojkar 2005.
