In addition to IK Bolton, 78 other teams played in Flickor 2003. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof IK Bolton could be found in Group 5 together with Borlänge HK 1, IK Baltichov, Eslövs IK, Halmstad Handboll 3, H43 Lund HF, Kristianstad HK 3, Falköpings AIK HK VIT, Eskilstuna Guif IF and Ystads IF HF 1.

IK Bolton continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 9:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against IK Sävehof 2 Svart with 9-13. In the Final, Staffanstorps HK 2 won over IK Sävehof 2 Svart and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 2003.

IK Bolton also participated in Flickor 2003 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/16 Final in F03 B-Slutspel, but lost it against Eskilstuna Guif IF with 5-6.
