In addition to the four Uppsala teams, 76 other teams played in Pojkar 2005. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Uppsala HK 4 could be found in Group 4 together with IK Bolton, Ronneby HK 2, VästeråsIrsta HF, H43 Lund HF 1, Ystads IF HF 3, Alingsås HK 1, HF Limhamn Svart, Halmstad Handboll 2 and Kävlinge HK 3.

Uppsala HK 4 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 10:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Kävlinge HK 1 with 9-12. In the Final, Kävlinge HK 1 won over Ystads IF HF 5 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Pojkar 2005.

Uppsala HK also participated in Pojkar 2005 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/4 Final in P05 B-Slutspel, but lost it against IFK Kristianstad 1 with 4-6.
