In addition to the two Ronneby teams, 68 other teams played in Flickor 2007. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Ronneby HK 2 could be found in Group 4 together with IFK Bankeryd 3, Åhus Handboll 1, Alingsås HK Svart, Höörs HK H 65 Svart, Kävlinge HK, Haninge HK 2, Skuru IK GRÖN, Bollstanäs SK and H43 Lund HF 3.

Ronneby HK 2 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 10:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Alingsås HK Blå with 5-7. In the Final, HK Silwing-Troja won over Uppsala HK 1 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 2007.

Ronneby HK also participated in Flickor 2007 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/8 Final in F07 C-Slutspel, but lost it against Alingsås HK 3 with 5-6.
