In addition to the two Åhus teams, 68 other teams played in Flickor 2007. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Åhus Handboll 1 could be found in Group 4 together with IFK Bankeryd 3, Alingsås HK Svart, Höörs HK H 65 Svart, Kävlinge HK, Haninge HK 2, Skuru IK GRÖN, Ronneby HK 2, Bollstanäs SK and H43 Lund HF 3.

Åhus Handboll 1 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 9:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against HK Silwing-Troja with 7-8. In the Final, HK Silwing-Troja won over Uppsala HK 1 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 2007.

Åhus Handboll also participated in Flickor 2007 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/8 Final in F07 B-Slutspel, but lost it against Huddinge HK 4 with 3-4.
