In addition to Kävlinge HK, 69 other teams played in Flickor 2007. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Kävlinge HK could be found in Group 4 together with IFK Bankeryd 3, Åhus Handboll 1, Alingsås HK Svart, Höörs HK H 65 Svart, Haninge HK 2, Skuru IK GRÖN, Ronneby HK 2, Bollstanäs SK and H43 Lund HF 3.

Kävlinge HK continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Lödde Vikings HK Strand with 6-7. In the Final, Haninge HK 1 won over Ystads IF HF 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 2007.

Kävlinge HK also participated in Flickor 2007 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/8 Final in F07 A-Slutspel, but lost it against IFK Bankeryd 2 with 6-9.
