In addition to the three Trelleborg teams, 77 other teams played in Flickor 2006. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Trelleborg Handbollsklubb Vit could be found in Group 4 together with IK Bolton Svart, Skuru IK, Lödde Vikings HK 3, Tollarps IF 3, Falköpings AIK HK ROSA, Alingsås HK 3, Lugi HF 1, Kristianstad HK 3 and IFK Bankeryd Blå.

Trelleborg Handbollsklubb Vit continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Ljunghusens HK with 8-11. In the Final, GF Kroppskultur won over Ronneby HK 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2006.

Trelleborg Handbollsklubb also participated in Flickor 2006 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/8 Final in F06 B-Slutspel, but lost it against Lugi HF 1 with 6-13.
