In addition to the three Trelleborg teams, 77 other teams played in Flickor 2006. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Trelleborg Handbollsklubb Svart could be found in Group 8 together with Lödde Vikings HK 1, IFK Kristianstad 1, Bjärnums HK 2, Uppsala HK 3, Huddinge HK 1, Önnereds HK Vit, Ljunghusens HK, Tyresö Handboll 1 and Borlänge HK.

Trelleborg Handbollsklubb Svart continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 9:th place in Group 8. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Huddinge HK 2 with 7-8. In the Final, Höörs HK H 65 1 won over IFK Tumba HK and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 2006.

Trelleborg Handbollsklubb also participated in Flickor 2006 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/8 Final in F06 B-Slutspel, but lost it against Lugi HF 1 with 6-13.
