In addition to Trelleborg Handbollsklubb, 63 other teams played in Pojkar 2006. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Trelleborg Handbollsklubb Svart could be found in Group 4 together with Tollarps IF, Alingsås HK 2, Ronneby HK 2 Ronneby, Halmstad Handboll 2 Svart, Spånga HK, Åhus Handboll 1, Vinslövs HK and Lödde Vikings HK 2.

Trelleborg Handbollsklubb Svart continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Eslövs HF 2 with 10-11. In the Final, Eskilstuna Guif IF P07 won over IFK Kristianstad 4 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 2006.

Trelleborg Handbollsklubb also participated in Pojkar 2006 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the Semi final in P06 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Eskilstuna Guif IF 1 with 4-9.
