In addition to the two Lödde Vikings teams, 68 other teams played in Pojkar 2003. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Lödde Vikings HK 1 could be found in Group 1 together with Uppsala HK Vit, Eslövs HF 2, Kungsängens SK 2, Tollarps IF Vit, HK Ankaret BBHF, Åhus Handboll 3, Strömstad HK, Växjö HF 1 and Ystads IF HF Blå.

Lödde Vikings HK 1 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against HK Aranäs with 5-10. In the Final, HK Aranäs won over IFK Kristianstad 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2003.
