IK Lågan Hörby continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against HK Ankaret with 6-11. In the Final, Ystads IF HF Vit won over Alingsås HK Blå and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 15 år (födda 2007).
