In addition to the two Lågan Hörby teams, 47 other teams played in Flickor 12 år (födda 2010). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof IK Lågan Hörby 1 could be found in Group 6 together with Alingsås HK 1, KFUM Kalmar HK 2, Vinslövs HK VHK 2, Eslövs IK Svart, HK Ankaret RÖD, Kristianstad HK Svart, Hammarby IF HF and IFK Bankeryd BLÅ.

IK Lågan Hörby 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Huddinge HK 3 with 1-10. In the Final, Huddinge HK 3 won over Ljunghusens HK Ljusblå and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 12 år (födda 2010).
