In addition to IK Lågan Hörby, 19 other teams played in Senior Förening Damer. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof IK Lågan Hörby could be found in Group 2 together with Ligu Dam, Chalmers HK 2, Sälens Fjällbotaniska Vänner, Ystads IF HF, Vinslövs HK HK, Åhus Handboll 2, HK Björnen 1, Stavsten HK and Ramunder HK.

IK Lågan Hörby continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Kristianstad HK with 7-9. In the Final, Ystads IF HF won over Kristianstad HK and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Senior Förening Damer.
