They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof IK Lågan Hörby could be found in Group 4 together with IFK Kristianstad 1, Lugi HF 2, IFK Bankeryd Vit, Halmstad Handboll 3, Åhus Handboll 3, Uppsala HK, Eslövs IK 1 and Rimbo HK Roslagen.

IK Lågan Hörby continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against IFK Tumba HK 2 with 10-11. In the Final, Göteborg Beach Handball Club won over Åhus Handboll 3 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 14 år (födda 2008).
