In addition to the three Halmstad teams, 46 other teams played in Flickor 12 år (födda 2010). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Halmstad Handboll röd could be found in Group 3 together with Växjö HF 2, Ljunghusens HK Svart, Kävlinge HK 1, Huddinge HK 3, Mönsterås HK 1, Åhus Handboll 2 and Täby HBK.

Halmstad Handboll röd continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against IK Lågan Hörby 1 with 1-6. In the Final, Huddinge HK 3 won over Ljunghusens HK Ljusblå and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 12 år (födda 2010).
