Salta BK was one of 226 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023. They participated with one team in Öppen klass Herrar.
In addition to Salta BK, 54 other teams played in Öppen klass Herrar. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Salta BK could be found in Group 3 together with Böffes Söner, Mönsterås HK Raketforskarna BK, Bikini Bottom, Åhus Handboll, ÅlisÄrInteSingel, Kärlekens boys and Avgå Alla. Salta BK continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Josagrogg with 8-11. In the Final, Avgå Alla won over Powerheat Radio and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Öppen klass Herrar. Salta comes from Norrköping which lies approximately 320 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place.
