In addition to Särökometernas HK, 64 other teams played in Flickor 13 år (födda 2010). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Särökometernas HK could be found in Group 3 together with Höörs HK H 65 1, Växjö HF 3, Raklev G&I, Kristianstad HK Orange, Eslövs IK Rosa, Ystads IF HF 2, Hässleholms HF 2, Täby HBK and Mönsterås HK 2.

Särökometernas HK continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against HF Orust with 8-12. In the Final, Täby HBK won over IFK Tumba HK Blå and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 13 år (födda 2010).
