Göteborg Beach Handball Club was one of 250 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2024. They participated with 8 teams in Pojkar 15 år Classic (födda 2009), Pojkar 15/16 år Beachhandboll (födda 2009/2008), Pojkar 16 år Classic (födda 2008), Flickor 14/15 år Beachhandboll (födda 2010/2009), Flickor 16 år Beachhandboll (födda 2008), Flickor 16 år Classic (födda 2008) and Flickor 17 år Classic (födda 2007) respectively. Two teams played until Final in A-Slutspel; Flickor 16 år Beachhandboll (födda 2008) won over BHCSthlm Pink Panthers by 16-2 and Flickor 16 år Classic (födda 2008) won over Lugi HF Vit by 16-10.
In addition to this, Göteborg Beach Handball Club have participated in Åhus Beachhandboll Festival before. During Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023, Göteborg Beach had 5 teams playing in Pojkar 15 år (födda 2008), European Beachhandball Tour - Men, Flickor 15 år (födda 2008) and Åhus Beach International Girls U15/U16 respectively. The team in Åhus Beach International Girls U15/U16 made it to the the Bronze match in A-Slutspeland won it over IFK Tumba HK 2 by 31-15. Göteborg Beach comes from TORSLANDA which lies approximately 250 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place. The area around TORSLANDA does also provide 15 additional clubs participating during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2024 (Among others: Backa HK, Särökometernas HK, Baguese HSC, Kärra HF, BK Hisingen, HK Aranäs, Näsby F01, Temp OH, IK Sävehof and Kungälvs HK).
