In addition to the two Halmstad teams, 14 other teams played in Senior Förening Damer Classic. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Halmstad Handboll 2 could be found in Group 1 together with Åhus Handboll 1, IFK Karlskrona, Staffanstorps HK 2, Vinslövs HK 2, IFK Malmö HF 2, IK Lågan Hörby and Hässleholms HF 1.

Halmstad Handboll 2 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against KFUM Lundagård with 9-12. In the Final, Halmstad Handboll 1 won over Vinslövs HK 2 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Senior Förening Damer Classic.
