Halmstad Handboll was one of 250 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2024. They participated with 36 teams in 18 out of Åhus Beachhandboll Festivals all 40 categories. Three teams played until Final in A-Slutspel; Herrar Junior 19-20 år Classic (födda 2004-2005) Kungarna av Tylösand won over Uppsala HK 2 by 11-10, Senior Förening Damer Classic 1 won over Vinslövs HK 2 by 12-11 and Pojkar 18 år Classic (födda 2006) lost against Ystads IF HF Di Vide by 7-12.
In addition to this, Halmstad Handboll have participated in Åhus Beachhandboll Festival before. During Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023, Halmstad had 32 teams playing in 17 out of Åhus Beachhandboll Festivals all 40 categories. Three teams played until Final in A-Slutspel; Herrar Junior 19-20 år (födda 2003-2004) Kungarna av Tylösand won over Ystads IF HF by 10-9, Flickor 18 år (födda 2005) won over Lugi HF by 10-6 and Senior Förening Damer won over Alingsås HK by 11-7. Halmstad comes from Halmstad which lies approximately 120 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place. The area around Halmstad does also provide three additional clubs participating during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2024 (DansaMed HK, Hökarna and Halmstad).
