In addition to the two Halmstad teams, 14 other teams played in Senior Förening Damer Classic. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Halmstad Handboll 1 could be found in Group 2 together with HK Björnen, Åhus Handboll 2, Hässleholms HF 2, Vinslövs HK 1, IFK Malmö HF 1, Staffanstorps HK 1 and KFUM Lundagård.

Halmstad Handboll 1 made it to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 2. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Vinslövs HK 2, which they won with 12-11. Thereby Halmstad Handboll 1 won the entire A-Slutspel in Senior Förening Damer Classic during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2024.
