They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Halmstad Handboll 2 could be found in Group 3 together with Uppsala HK, Backa HK, Kristianstad HK DJ 2, Åhus Handboll, IK Lågan Hörby 1 and HF Eslövstjejerna.

Halmstad Handboll 2 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Kristianstad HK DJ 2 with 9-10. In the Final, Kristianstad HK DJ 2 won over Lugi HF and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Damer Junior 19-20 år Classic (födda 2004-2005).
