In addition to the two Eslövs teams, 68 other teams played in Pojkar 2004 C1. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Eslövs HF 2 could be found in Group 5 together with Åhus Handboll 4, Hammarby IF Sthlm, Karlskrona Handboll 1, IFK Kristianstad 1, Halmstad Handboll 2, HK Silwing/Troja Sthlm, IFK Bankeryd 1, Staffanstorps HK and Alingsås HK 2.

Eslövs HF 2 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Alingsås HK 5 with 12-13. In the Final, HK Silwing/Troja Sthlm won over Alingsås HK 5 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2004 C1.
