In addition to the three IFK Tumba Sthlm teams, 46 other teams played in Pojkar 1999 A2. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof IFK Tumba Sthlm 3 could be found in Group 1 together with Vadstena HF 2, Eslövs HF 2, Halmstad Handboll 2, Malmslätts HF Linköping, Alingsås HK 2, Hultsfreds HF, H43 Lund 2, IFK Kristianstad 3 and Staffanstorps HK.
