In addition to the two H43 Lund teams, 40 other teams played in Flickor 1999 A2. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof H43 Lund 2 could be found in Group 1 together with Näsby Handboll 2, Hässleholms HF 1, Finspångs HK, Lugi HF 4, Trelleborg HBK 1, IFK Malmö HF, Kävlinge HK, IF Guif Eskilstuna, Uppsala HK 2 and Alingsås HK 1.

H43 Lund 2 made it to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 1. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Sorunda IF Sthlm, which they won with 16-12. Thereby H43 Lund 2 won the entire A-Slutspel in Flickor 1999 A2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016.
