In addition to the two IFK Bankeryd teams, 68 other teams played in Pojkar 2004 C1. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof IFK Bankeryd 2 could be found in Group 1 together with IK Bolton Sthlm 1, LVHK Lödde 2, Tollarps IF, H43 Lund 2, Alingsås HK 1, Ljunghusens HK 1, IFK Kristianstad 5, HK Eskil Eskilstuna 1 and Halmstad Handboll 5.

IFK Bankeryd 2 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 10:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IFK Bankeryd 1 with 5-8. In the Final, Ystads IF HF 2 won over Ronneby HK 1 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Pojkar 2004 C1.
