Silver medal! Reached second place in B-Slutspel

In addition to the two IFK Klagshamn teams, 56 other teams played in Flickor 2001 B2. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof IFK Klagshamn 2 could be found in Group 6 together with Alingsås HK, Sollentuna HK, HK Ankaret Bjärred, H 65 Höör 2, Bålsta IF, Ystads IF HF 1, H43 Lund 1, Ronneby HK 2 and Halmstad Handboll 2.

IFK Klagshamn 2 made it to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 6. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Eslövs IK with 4-11. Thereby IFK Klagshamn 2 finished second in F01 B-Slutspel during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016.
