In addition to HP Warta, 31 other teams played in Öppen klass Damer. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof HP Warta could be found in Group 1 together with Vinslövs HK 2, Republikskrik, Homegirls, The tall woodswomen, H43 Lund 1, Fricks Cement and Söderbönor 2. HP Warta continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against IFK Kristianstad 2 with 10-12. In the Final, Hej Sash won over IFK Kristianstad 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Öppen klass Damer. HP Warta comes from Göteborg which lies approximately 240 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place.
