In addition to the four Uppsala teams, 66 other teams played in Pojkar 2003 B1. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Uppsala HK 1 could be found in Group 7 together with H43 Lund 1, GF Kroppskultur Uddevalla Vit, Ljunghusens HK Malmö, Halmstad Handboll 4, Tollarps IF, HK Silwing/Troja Sthlm, IFK Kristianstad 7, Vinslövs HK and Ronneby HK 2.

Uppsala HK 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Lugi HF 4 with 5-10. In the Final, Åhus Handboll 2 won over Åhus Handboll 3 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 2003 B1.

Uppsala HK also participated in Pojkar 2003 C2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the 1/8 Final in P03 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Näsby Handboll 1 with 6-11.
