In addition to the two H43 Lund teams, 68 other teams played in Pojkar 2003 B1. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof H43 Lund 1 could be found in Group 7 together with GF Kroppskultur Uddevalla Vit, Ljunghusens HK Malmö, Halmstad Handboll 4, Tollarps IF, HK Silwing/Troja Sthlm, Uppsala HK 1, IFK Kristianstad 7, Vinslövs HK and Ronneby HK 2.

H43 Lund 1 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Alingsås HK 2 with 4-10. In the Final, HK Aranäs Kungsbacka 1 won over IFK Kristianstad 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2003 B1.

H43 Lund also participated in Pojkar 2003 C2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the final in B-Slutspel, but lost it against Alingsås HK 1 with 17-18 and ended up in second place.
