In addition to the three Staffanstorps teams, 87 other teams played in Flickor 2003 B1. They were divided into 9 different groups, whereof Staffanstorps HK 1 could be found in Group 8 together with IK Bolton Sthlm, Trelleborg HBK, Karlskrona Handboll 1, Borlänge HK 2, H 65 Höör 1, AIK Handbollsförening 3, Torslanda HK Göteborg 3, IFK Kristianstad 2 and Spånga HK Stockholm 3.

Staffanstorps HK 1 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 8. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against LVHK Lödde 1 with 9-11. In the Final, H43 Lund won over Kristianstad HK 2 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 2003 B1.

Staffanstorps HK also participated in Flickor 2003 C2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the 1/8 Final in F03 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Skuru IK Sthlm with 7-9.
