In addition to the 6 H43 Lund teams, 54 other teams played in Pojkar 2001 A1. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof H43 Lund 3 could be found in Group 3 together with IF Guif Eskilstuna 3, Ystads IF HF 1, Enköpings HF 1, Kävlinge HK, IFK Kristianstad 5, Eslövs HF 1, IFK Tumba Sthlm 3, IFK Bankeryd and Önnereds HK Gbg Lag 1.
H43 Lund 3 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Åhus Handboll 2 with 7-10. In the Final, Enköpings HF 1 won over Borlänge HK and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2001 A1. H43 Lund also participated in Pojkar 2001 B2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016.
