In addition to the four H43 Lund teams, 66 other teams played in Pojkar 2004 C2. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof H43 Lund 1 could be found in Group 3 together with Halmstad Handboll 6, Ystads IF HF 3, IF Guif Eskilstuna, IK Bolton Sthlm 1, IFK Kristianstad 5, Karlskrona Handboll 2, Eslövs HF 1, Alingsås HK 3 and IFK Bankeryd.

H43 Lund 1 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Åhus Handboll 4 with 9-12. In the Final, IK Lågan Hörby won over HK Silwing/Troja Sthlm and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2004 C2.

H43 Lund also participated in Pojkar 2004 C1 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the 1/4 Final in P04 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Alingsås HK 5 with 10-11.
