In addition to the four Aranäs Kungsbacka teams, 86 other teams played in Flickor 2003 B1. They were divided into 9 different groups, whereof HK Aranäs Kungsbacka 3 could be found in Group 3 together with Torslanda HK Göteborg 1, Älta IF Stockholm 1, Lugi HF 1, Gökstens BK Torshälla 1, Ronneby HK, Åhus Handboll 1, Staffanstorps HK 2, H 65 Höör 2 and Borlänge HK 1.

HK Aranäs Kungsbacka 3 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Eslövs IK 5 with 7-8. In the Final, Eslövs IK 5 won over Torslanda HK Göteborg 2 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 2003 B1.

HK Aranäs Kungsbacka also participated in Flickor 2003 C2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the 1/4 Final in F03 B-Slutspel, but lost it against Borlänge HK 2 with 7-11.
