In addition to the two Aranäs Kungsbacka teams, 68 other teams played in Pojkar 2003 B1. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof HK Aranäs Kungsbacka 2 could be found in Group 1 together with Alingsås HK 2, IFK Kristianstad 1, Karlskrona Handboll 1, IF Guif Eskilstuna 2, IK Lågan Hörby 1, HK Cliff, Eslövs HF 4, Åhus Handboll 2 and Lugi HF 1.
HK Aranäs Kungsbacka 2 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against LVHK Lödde 1 with 8-11. In the Final, HK Aranäs Kungsbacka 1 won over IFK Kristianstad 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2003 B1. HK Aranäs Kungsbacka also participated in Pojkar 2003 C2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016.
