In addition to the four Aranäs Kungsbacka teams, 86 other teams played in Flickor 2003 B1. They were divided into 9 different groups, whereof HK Aranäs Kungsbacka 4 could be found in Group 4 together with Kristianstad HK 6, Uppsala HK, Sannadals SK Stockholm, LVHK Lödde 2, Falu HK, Eslövs IK 3, Alingsås HK 2, Tollarps IF and Göinge HK.
HK Aranäs Kungsbacka 4 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Lugi HF 1 with 9-10. In the Final, H43 Lund won over Kristianstad HK 2 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 2003 B1. HK Aranäs Kungsbacka also participated in Flickor 2003 C2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016.
