In addition to the 5 Ystads teams, 74 other teams played in Pojkar 2005 C1. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Ystads IF HF 2 could be found in Group 1 together with Alingsås HK 2, H43 Lund 3, IFK Bankeryd 2, Halmstad Handboll 4, Rimbo HK Roslagen, IFK Kristianstad 5, Västerås Irsta HF 1, H 78 Sölvesborg and LVHK Lödde 3.

Ystads IF HF 2 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against HK Aranäs Kungsbacka 2 with 7-9. In the Final, H43 Lund 3 won over LVHK Lödde 2 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2005 C1.

Ystads IF HF also participated in Pojkar 2005 D2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the 1/8 Final in P05 A-Slutspel, but lost it against LVHK Lödde 2 with 5-7.
