In addition to the 5 Ystads teams, 74 other teams played in Pojkar 2005 C1. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Ystads IF HF 3 could be found in Group 5 together with Eslövs HF 1, Ronneby HK 1, Halmstad Handboll 1, HK Aranäs Kungsbacka 2, IFK Malmö HF 1, Täby HBK Sthlm 1, Åhus Handboll 3, LVHK Lödde 4 and Alingsås HK 3.

Ystads IF HF 3 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against H43 Lund 3 with 5-9. In the Final, H43 Lund 3 won over LVHK Lödde 2 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2005 C1.

Ystads IF HF also participated in Pojkar 2005 D2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the 1/8 Final in P05 A-Slutspel, but lost it against LVHK Lödde 2 with 5-7.
