In addition to the 5 Ystads teams, 74 other teams played in Pojkar 2005 C1. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Ystads IF HF 5 could be found in Group 3 together with Alingsås HK 1, LVHK Lödde 2, Karlskrona Handboll 2, Täby HBK Sthlm 2, Borlänge HK 2, H43 Lund 2, Kävlinge HK 1, Åhus Handboll 1 and Halmstad Handboll 5.

Ystads IF HF 5 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against IFK Kristianstad 2 with 12-16. In the Final, H43 Lund 3 won over LVHK Lödde 2 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2005 C1.

Ystads IF HF also participated in Pojkar 2005 D2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the 1/8 Final in P05 A-Slutspel, but lost it against LVHK Lödde 2 with 5-7.
