In addition to the three Uppsala teams, 44 other teams played in Flickor 2000 A2. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Uppsala HK 2 could be found in Group 4 together with Eslövs IK, Borlänge HK, H43 Lund 3, H 65 Höör 2, Westermalms IF Sthlm westermalm, IFK Bankeryd and IFK Tumba Sthlm IFK Tumba.

Uppsala HK 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against IFK Tumba Sthlm IFK Tumba with 7-9. In the Final, Åhus Handboll 2 won over IFK Tumba Sthlm IFK Tumba and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2000 A2.

Uppsala HK also participated in Flickor 2000 A1 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the Semi final in F00 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Eslövs IK with 9-11.
