In addition to the four H43 Lund teams, 66 other teams played in Pojkar 2004 C2. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof H43 Lund 3 could be found in Group 2 together with Uppsala HK 1, HK Aranäs Kungsbacka, Växjö HF 1, IFK Kristianstad 2, Eslövs HF 2, Åhus Handboll 2, Årsta AIK Stockholm 2, Västerås Irsta HF and Kungälvs HK.

H43 Lund 3 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against LVHK Lödde 2 with 11-12. In the Final, IK Lågan Hörby won over HK Silwing/Troja Sthlm and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2004 C2.

H43 Lund also participated in Pojkar 2004 C1 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the 1/4 Final in P04 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Alingsås HK 5 with 10-11.
