In addition to the 5 IFK Kristianstad teams, 65 other teams played in Pojkar 2004 C2. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof IFK Kristianstad 2 could be found in Group 2 together with Uppsala HK 1, HK Aranäs Kungsbacka, Växjö HF 1, H43 Lund 3, Eslövs HF 2, Åhus Handboll 2, Årsta AIK Stockholm 2, Västerås Irsta HF and Kungälvs HK.
IFK Kristianstad 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IFK Kristianstad 3 with 10-14. In the Final, Halmstad Handboll 4 won over IFK Kristianstad 3 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 2004 C2. IFK Kristianstad also participated in Pojkar 2004 C1 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016.
