In addition to the two Trelleborg teams, 63 other teams played in Pojkar 2006. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Trelleborg Handbollsklubb Vit could be found in Group 2 together with Eskilstuna Guif IF 2, Alingsås HK 3, Borlänge HK, IK Lågan Hörby 1, Åhus Handboll 3, Lugi HF 2 and Ronneby HK 1.

Trelleborg Handbollsklubb Vit continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Eskilstuna Guif IF 1 with 4-9. In the Final, HK Silwing/Troja won over Eskilstuna Guif IF 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2006.
