In addition to the three H43 Lund teams, 62 other teams played in Pojkar 2006. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof H43 Lund HF 2 could be found in Group 4 together with Ljunghusens HK 1, IFK Kristianstad 4, VästeråsIrsta HF, Halmstad Handboll 2, Torslanda HK, Föreningen Karlskrona Handboll Karlskrona Handboll P06 lag 1, Lödde Vikings HK 1, Önnereds HK 3 and Ystads IF HF 1.

H43 Lund HF 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Alingsås HK 2 with 3-6. In the Final, Åhus Handboll 1 won over Halmstad Handboll 2 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 2006.
