In addition to the two Höörs H 65 teams, 23 other teams played in Damer Junior 98-00. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Höörs HK H 65 1 could be found in Group 2 together with Trelleborg Handbollsklubb 2, Särökometernas HK, Kristianstad HK, Uppsala HK 1, Vinslövs HK, H43 Lund HF 1 and Huddinge HK 1.

Höörs HK H 65 1 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Trelleborg Handbollsklubb 1 with 10-11. In the Final, Eslövs IK won over Trelleborg Handbollsklubb 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Damer Junior 98-00.
