In addition to Kristianstad HK, 24 other teams played in Damer Junior 98-00. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Kristianstad HK could be found in Group 2 together with Trelleborg Handbollsklubb 2, Särökometernas HK, Höörs HK H 65 1, Uppsala HK 1, Vinslövs HK, H43 Lund HF 1 and Huddinge HK 1.
Kristianstad HK continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against IFK Kristianstad 2 with 6-7.
