In addition to the three IFK Bankeryd teams, 61 other teams played in Pojkar 2006. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof IFK Bankeryd 2 could be found in Group 6 together with Borlänge HK, H43 Lund HF 1, Eskilstuna Guif IF P07, Kärra HF, Åhus Handboll 2, Lödde Vikings HK 3, IFK Malmö HF, Eslövs HF 3 and Skuru IK.

IFK Bankeryd 2 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Lugi HF Vind with 9-11. In the Final, IK Sund 2 won over H43 Lund HF 2 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2006.

IFK Bankeryd also participated in Pojkar 2006 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/16 Final in P06 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Ystads IF HF 1 with 3-7.
