In addition to the four Höörs H 65 teams, 75 other teams played in Flickor 2003. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Höörs HK H 65 F04 1 could be found in Group 6 together with Kristianstad HK 2, Lugi HF 3, Borlänge HK 2, Åhus Handboll 2, Vadstena HF, IFK Bankeryd, Huddinge HK Blå, HK Aranäs Vit and Skåre HK 2.
Höörs HK H 65 F04 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against IF Hallby HK with 10-11. In the Final, Lugi HF 3 won over Huddinge HK Blå and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2003. Höörs HK H 65 also participated in Flickor 2003 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018.
