In addition to the four Höörs H 65 teams, 75 other teams played in Flickor 2003. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Höörs HK H 65 1 could be found in Group 8 together with Trelleborg Handbollsklubb hbk, Spånga HK Hav, IFK Kristianstad, Eksjö BK, Lödde Vikings HK Röd, HK Aranäs Blå, Halmstad Handboll 2, Eslövs IK Gul and Alingsås HK 04.

Höörs HK H 65 1 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 10:th place in Group 8. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Uppsala HK 2 with 0-5. In the Final, Staffanstorps HK 2 won over IK Sävehof 2 Svart and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 2003.

Höörs HK H 65 also participated in Flickor 2003 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the Semi final in F03 A-Slutspel, but lost it against H43 Lund HF with 11-15.
