In addition to the 5 Höörs H 65 teams, 75 other teams played in Flickor 2004. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Höörs HK H 65 4 could be found in Group 8 together with Hammarby IF HF Grön, Vadstena HF, Trelleborg Handbollsklubb, HK Ankaret Röd, Åhus Handboll Lag 1, Växjö HF, Kungälvs HK rosa, Uppsala HK 4 and H43 Lund HF 1 NF.

Höörs HK H 65 4 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 8. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Staffanstorps HK Röd with 7-14. In the Final, Kristianstad HK won over Lödde Vikings HK 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 2004.

Höörs HK H 65 also participated in Flickor 2004 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/8 Final in F04 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Lödde Vikings HK 2 with 8-9.
